THE ARK OF THE COVENANT DISAPPEARS AGAIN: THE FATE OF THE FABLED ARTIFACT IS IN DOUBT AGAIN

For centuries researchers have tried to figure out what happened to the fabled Ark of the Covenant, the holiest archeological artifact in history.  For years theories had settled in a possible transfer of the Ark to Africa, but new evidence from translated text is now putting those theories in doubt.

The newly translated text details the fate of the Ark and the treasures that were held inside the Temple of Solomon's holiest of holies.

However, the text states that the artifacts will be revealed only at the second coming of the Messiah.

The first temple of Solomon was raided by Babylonians in the sixth century B.C..  The newly discovered texts assert that the treasures of the temple had been saved by prophets and Levites, in different locations in Israel and Babylonia, now Iraq, while some of the more important pieces, assuming the Ark too, was delivered 'onto the hands of angels'.

This new text echoes some of the textual reference contained in the Dead Sea Scrolls. In the copper scrolls there is also evidence that the treasure was salvaged and distributed in different locations.

However, researchers believe that the new text is only speaking fantastically, on prior legend or tradition that is fantastic in natrue. In that sense, it should not be construed as a 'treasure map' of any sort.
