MAN THREATENS PRESIDENT OBAMA ON WHITE HOUSE'S OWN SITE

A man calling himself A. J. Hiddell, a pseudonym used by Lee Harvey Oswald in 1963, has sent a death threat to the president on the White House's own website.

The man behind the threat, from Illinois, and whose real name is Luois Allen Kinderman, 29 years old, of Lincoln, used the fake name and id email to disguise his identity.

His threat, spelled out on the White House website, read: "I am going to kill Obama and no one, I repeat no one, is going to stop me."

The FBI has identified the man through the internet protocol address, the unique string of numbers that identifies the computer where the message has been sent from.  When they reached his home, he allowed them to review the contents of his computer.  The agents determined that he was trying to elude authorities by using a proxy server and misleading IP addresses.

After being questioned, he finally broke down and admitted his guilt.  He was subsequently arrested and has already been arraigned in federal court.

Sending any threat or committing a criminal act using the Internet makes it automatically a federal crime.

He was released on bond however, a relatively low bond of 10,000$, and ordered not to acquire any firearm.

No other information has been made available by the authorities.
