COMING TO A EU COUNTRY NEAR YOU: 3D WEAPONS COULD FLOOD THE EU IN SPITE OF EXISTING GUN LAWS

The EU zone, with some notable exceptions, has some of the most restrictive gun laws on the planet. That makes the EU countries very proud, although they are aware of many arms being smuggled by criminals through the Shenken's zone porous borders.

What really could be a threat however, to a way of life that does not usually concern itself with gun violence, is the introduction of 3D weapons in the EU zone.

The 3D offerings may look like toys, but they are not harmless at all.  Tests made by several EU countries have demonstrated the lethal quality of these homemade weapons.  And the guns are already circulating on the internet.

Although a 3D printing machine is costly, the allure of illegal and underground sale of thousands of weapons printed in-home, so to speak, is too strong for many to resist.

The 3D weapons would be just as illegal to carry or display as their metal counterparts, but without a registry, sales slip or even a manufacturer's record, there is no end to the number of weapons that could make their way illegally to the EU zone.

To prove its dangers, a British newspaper  smuggled one of the 3D guns in the summer as the journalist boarded a train.  There are no metal components on the 3D gun, although that has caused some of them to explode or be unusable, but its plastic composition is ideal for smuggling.  Some in fact think that it's just a passing fad, since a weapon cannot fire if it is made of meltable, pliable material such as plastic.

What is worse, the people who are trying to manufacture the guns are improving its design more every day.  It won't be long before high powered rifles and automatic weapons could be produced this way.  For now the 3D gun could be a one shot wonder, since most are said to fail after the initial firing.

But it does only take one bullet, at times, to kill a man.
