An apartment building has collapsed in downtown Philadelphia. Twelve people are believed to be missing in the rubble at this time.
The building near the site had been under demolition, although the cause of this building's collapse is still unknown.
The collapse occurred around 10:00 am at 2140 Market Street.
Among rescue and utilities, are also terrorism task forces to investigate.
