LOW DOSE ASPIRIN SHOWN TO HAVE ARRESTING EFFECT ON BREAST CANCER GROWTH

Aspirin has been shown once again to have a role in the prevention and growth of cancer.  At first its benefits were hailed for colon and prostate cancer.  Now the compound has been shown to have a significant effect in breasts cancer.

In fact, taking low doses of aspiring seem to be enough to stop cancer from growing and spreading.  Cancer awareness group however, do not want people to think that all they need to do is use aspiring as a cure for all types of breast cancer.

In fact, the results have shown to be true only in early stages of the cancer and have not yet undergone a full clinical trial to convalidate the findings.

The tests so far have given the positive results in lab mice, although mice are the closest to humans in terms of response to medication.

The study also showed that the aspirin impeded metastasis of the cancer in the lab mice.

The effect was shown to be particularly effective on triple negative breast cancer, the one that is nearly inure to almost all medical treatment.

Aspiring is also believed to protect against some forms of skin cancer.
