NATURAL REMEDIES CAN HELP WITH THE STRONGER ALLERGY SEASON. HERE ARE SOME THINGS YOU CAN DO

Scientists have found that beyond the usual medicinal remedies, there are some things you can take or eat that can diminish the impact of seasonal allergies.

Here are some of them:

Butterbur:  diminishes swelling and spasms. It also helps with migraines and stomach ulcers. Dosage: 50mg a day.

Vitamin C : believe it or not, the old mainstay of the medicinal cabinet does offer help. It acts as an inhibitor to histamine production.

Quercetin: It prevents cells from releasing histamines and is an anti-inflammatory. dosage: 500 mg a day

Exercise: Strengthens your immune system thereby reducing response.

Omega 3 fatty acids, apples, nuts and fish: all these foods help and contain quercetin.  Chia seed and olive oil do too.

Probiotics : also boost the immune system.

Tomatoes and red Grapes: they have all the components, such as vit C and other compounds that aid in the reduction of the histamine production.
